Guest Access:

• Full Access: Guests enjoy full access to all the amenities, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay.
• Concierge Services: 24-hour concierge services available to assist with any needs or special requests.

Mandatory Fees:

• Security Deposit: A $200 per day authorization is required upon check-in, reimbursed within 7-10 business days of check-out, subject to a property inspection.
• Pet Fee: We accept pets with a $100 non-refundable fee for up to two pets under 75 lbs each. Pets are not allowed in public areas and must always be with their owner.
• Amenity Fee: A fee of $65.54 per night (including taxes) will be collected at check-in. This fee covers high-speed Wi-Fi, fitness/yoga classes, local and 1-800 phone calls, and concierge services.
• Valet Parking: $55 overnight plus tax for sedans, mini-vans, and pick-up trucks that do not exceed 7 feet. Electric vehicle charging stations are available based on availability.

Check-In/Check-Out:

• Age Requirement: Guests must be 21 or older to rent a room. Only the person named on the booking will be allowed to check-in.
• Check-In Time: 4:00 pm
• Check-Out Time: 11:00 am

Other Things to Note:

• Housekeeping: Services are provided every other day. Additional stay-over services can be coordinated with the front desk.
• Booking Confirmation: Once you confirm your booking, we will ask for your email address to share the house rules via DocuSign.
